Immerse yourself in the refined world of Sencha, Japan’s most beloved green tea. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of brewing Sencha across multiple infusions (1st–3rd brews), discovering how subtle techniques can transform its flavor and aroma.

Guided by a certified Japanese tea instructor, you will practice brewing with a traditional Kyusu teapot, refining your skills with each pour. Yumi Tanabe will also introduce two simple yet elegant brewing methods that you can easily incorporate into your daily tea ritual.
