Join us as we explore the fascinating world of sake. In this beginner-friendly tasting session, Konomi's sake specialist Janina Bültmann will guide you through the different categories of sake. She'll introduce you to it's diverse aromas and flavours and help you make confident choices when selecting your next bottle.

To complement the experience, you’ll enjoy a selection of snacks and small dishes. Discover how sake isn’t just perfect for Japanese cuisine - it's surprisingly versatile and can be enjoyed with everyday meals at home.

This session will be led by Janina Bültmann, an experienced (and certified) sake sommelier with a genuine passion for sharing the multifaceted world of Japanese sake. With her in-depth knowledge and approachable style, Janina will also share insights into the culture and intricate production of this exceptional beverage.
